how it all began

It's been 9 years since I first became a mom.  When my daughter was born I took a cake decorating class and that started my love of throwing my kids birthday parties with homemade cakes. 

I love a themed party for their birthdays.  I love thinking of an idea and planning cost exfective ways to pull it off. 

My love for putting a smile on the kids' faces doesn't end with their birthdays.  I love to be creative with their bedrooms. Okay, and I don't stop with the kids' spaces.  I love to change things around all the time.  A coat of paint can make a world of difference.  I am the daughter of a soldier and the wife of a marine.  Moving all the time makes me love to change my surrounds a lot.
